This next easy and automated win is Super powerful because it saves Businesses time and anything that saves The business time is something a Business is willing to pay for we're Going to learn how to launch a workflow Recipe that will monitor the inbound Channels for messages that contain Specific words or phrases this enables Us to automatically listen for messages That contain frequently asked questions Like where are you located or if you Work with restaurants do you have Gluten-free or dentists do you guys Offer Invisalign whatever those Frequently asked questions are we can Monitor our inbound channels for them And then automate back messages that Contain the answer to that question These chat Bots are going to save your Own agency a bunch of time and your Clients as well so let's learn how to Set it up alright so to create an auto Reply chat bot all we need to do is in The left hand column go down to Automation click create new at the top Right Scroll down to the recipe called FAQ Auto reply and then scroll back up and Hit create here we can see we already Have the triggers pre-configured one for Instagram DMS Facebook messages chat Widgets which we're going to learn about Soon and Google business chat so when a

Message comes in across any of these Channels it's going to flow into this Conditional step and if we open this up We can see it's configured to read the Reply and if it contains the phrase you Located meaning messages like where are You located the contact will go down the Message contains you located path and It's going to get these pre-configured Messages here if we open up the SMS we Can see it's set to reply with a little Robot icon insert the location name so Let's assume this is Bob's Dentistry it Would say Bob's Dentistry bot here we're Located at and then it'll dynamically Insert the address from the sub-account Settings right next to the library Obviously this can be whatever you'd Like and it's the same message in all of These channels so if the message comes In from Instagram DM it's going to send Out the Instagram DM because we probably Don't have their messenger information Yet or vice versa with Google Chat Etc If you want this to be specific to a Channel just delete the other ones and Delete the other triggers and it'll be Specific to whatever Channel remains so How do we create Bots for other keywords Or key phrases we just go back up to the Conditional step open it up create a new Branch and you're going to want to Select contact reply and then replied Message for the operator you want to set

That to contains and here's where we Enter our phrase so let's say we work With restaurants and we want it to be Gluten free we would just type that in Here and then I would make my label Match so message Contains gluten free and I would hit Save and now I have a branch that's Looking for that key phrase gluten free Now I don't actually have to go rebuild All of these messages I can just select The first one click copy and click copy All actions from here hit here and boom It moves them all over and now I can Just go edit the message and I would Paste the menu here and then I would Copy this whole message hit save and Then paste it in my other messages here And that's it you could build out as Many Bots looking for as many phrases or Keywords as you'd like and now you're Ready to test it out just hit publish Save send yourself a message to your new Number containing any of these key Phrases and you'll see the automated Reply come back so congratulations you Now know how to build chat Bots that Look for frequently asked questions and Send back the answers it's going to save Your agency a ton of time and your Clients as well [Music]
